Gas fees shouldn’t change You send $1 for ETH gas & seconds later it jumps to $1.3… now you’re stuck again This is exactly the kind of volatility that breaks user experience in crypto Arc fixes this With native USDC gas on Arc, the fees are stable & stress-free Pivot to @arc

What is x402? You must have been seeing this new narrative called x402, here is everything you need to know x402 is a new internet payment protocol, basically, a way for computers including AI agents to send money to each other automatically using crypto and mostly stable coins like USDC Some big names behind it are @coinbase @Cloudflare @Google @a16zcrypto You can think of this as HTTP 402 which means Payment Required HTTP 402 is an old internet code that was never really used. Now Coinbase and partners like Cloudflare and Google are finally using it to build payments directly into the internet itself, not just websites, but also AI systems. So, x402 is basically payments built into the internet, powered by crypto Why is x402 important ? In the future, AI agents like digital assistants, bots, or autonomous programs will do things like - Buy data, API access, or software tools - Pay for cloud compute like renting server time - Hire other agents to do tasks - Trade, subscribe, or even manage money x402 allows these AI systems to pay automatically, without humans involved For example if an AI research bot needs GPU power. It uses x402 to pay another AI that provides GPU compute instantly, in stable coins without you clicking “Buy.” Once the server responds with “HTTP 402 Payment Required.”(means a 402 payment is required) The agent automatically sends a small crypto payment like USDC through x402 to get access. Few Problems x402 Solves Micropayments It’s hard to make super small payments online today like $0.01. Credit cards or PayPal charge too much in fees, but x402 can make tiny payments possible and cheap. Machine payments Current payment systems like Visa, PayPal, Stripe are made for humans, not bots but x402 gives AI wallets to machines. Decentralization Works across multiple blockchains like Base, Solana, Polygon, NEAR, etc, meaning it’s open and global Why People Compare It to “HTTPS for Payments” Right now, the web runs on HTTP + HTTPS, which lets data move securely. But money doesn’t move that easily, you need PayPal, Stripe, credit cards, etc. but x402 adds “payments” as a built in part of the internet itself. So just like HTTPS made websites secure and easy to browse, x402 could make digital payments especially for AI and data just as seamless.

Building credit markets today means stitching together identity, underwriting logic, compliance workflows, and settlement rails. On Arc, developers can: → Denominate loans in stablecoins → Settle disbursements and repayments with deterministic finality → Embed compliance and privacy controls at the asset level Programmable credit starts with stablecoin-native infrastructure. Build on Arc.

arc by circle confirmed they will be lauching a native token ($ARC) for the stablecoin L1. the chain is a major player in the stablecoin and payment infrastructure narrative, backed by billion-dollar companies. if you want to position early for potential rewards, here are a few things you should do: — register for a role on their discord. the server isn’t fully public yet and currently has only ~22k members. you’ll need to register to receive the “verified by admin” role. 🔗: discord.com/invite/buildon… — contribute to the arc community hub. the dashboard rewards points and badges for participation. join community discussions, events, and other activities to accumulate them. 🔗: community.arc.network — build and stress-test their product. the testnet has been live for a while, and the team frequently emphasizes builders who are actively deploying and experimenting on the chain. 🔗: docs.arc.network/arc/tutorials/… i’ll be writing more content about the arc environment, especially guides related to building on the chain. so make sure to turn on post notifications.
