@ZachKleinWSB They are better than what we had, but still not good. Just make the throwback uniforms permanent. Go back to the old logo (which is infinitely better than the stupid shit we have), black jerseys, red helmets. It is not hard.

@ZachKleinWSB That logo — the silver double border, ridicous red triangles and wings with serifs — is still very much an early 2000s gimmick.
And all looks will continue to be underwhelming till we fix that foundational problem. Much less double down on it.

But it's also a similar, generic "look we're birds" serif font.
And the Cardinals logo is exponentially better in that it doesn't look like an early 2000s arena football team.

People hated the Seahawks uniforms when they were released and now they are one of the better ones. Helps when you win in new uniforms.

Such a good point, and it goes back to the bigger point I always make: Give it time! I think it’s unfair to judge a uniform completely until you’ve seen them on the field multiple times There are countless examples this decade where initial reaction to new uniforms went from “I don’t like them!” to “They’ve grown on me…” Change is uncomfortable, and setting your own expectations clouds your judgment of reality Those are just common mindsets people experience in anything, let alone sports uniforms

I'm totally fine with our current logo staying for them.
Besides the lack of gray pants, it mainly reminds me of early 00s with a hint of modern.

Initial thoughts and slight changes:
1. I like them overall. Clean and simple goes a long way.
2. Stripes on the sleeve (like the 90’s unis) would’ve made these A+
3. I like white pants… wish we had silver as a pants option though
4. Wish the outlines on the numbers was slightly more bold for contrast.
5. Wish we would’ve gone back to the gloss Matt Ryan era helmets
6. Would love to see a modern black jersey and Red helmet… love the throwbacks, but would love 3 modern jersey combos to tie the look together. Red pants would be sick too.

The only thing reminiscent of pre-2003 is that they kept it simpler than usual. Which is a win in-and-of-itself.
But I was hoping to erase the modern era of Falcons branding.

Simply put, modern uniform designers try too hard to incorporate an entire franchise into the current uniform. It’s getting old.

⬛️⬜️⬛️ has typically been an underwhelming Falcons look for me - especially in the prior set. But the new version is speaking to me. Red numbers really pop here. And the silver accents in the pant stripe tie right into the mask - and actually justifies its existence.

Overall a positive upgrade for a team that has primary uniform issues for decades. They like a lot of other teams, despite the calls of staleness by some younger fans, have gone back to a more classic football template. Which in my mind is timeless. My only quibble, would be the lack of helmet stripe and at least the possibility of a red helmet with the modern logo.
