@ChelleStrand Also, I am convinced that I’ve seen a version of the silent Hitchcock “The Lodger” (about someone mistaken for Jack the Ripper) that has a musical cue similar to eerie hook in “Make-Up” verses. Been thinking for weeks if it’s coincidence, and need to dig out my DVD to verify.

@mr_spenalzo I think the same Pasolini film was the inspiration for Life Is A Pigsty. He has my gratitude for inspiring some great songs!

@ChelleStrand Excellent article! Makes me want to listen to the album again. Regarding “Pig Alley”, if we add “You Have Killed Me” to the equation then Pasolini is Morrissey.
