@kayelcee901 I haven't had a good experience @Chilis in forever. We used to get takeout from there & enjoy it, but no more. Last time we actually went into the restaurant (here in Jonesboro), the food was not very good and the whole place smelled sour, like mildew and didn't feel clean.

@Chilis When my wife and I walked in, was told 20-30 minutes, over half the restaurant empty then had 4 people come in right after us and get set right away. We asked and was told becylargw parties get sat first. We left 🤷🏽‍♂️

@Chilis Horrible experience at your Jackson TN location. Appetizers came AFTER our entrees, no silverware to eat, waitress didn’t even come around to check in on us. The waitress was even training a new person, she shouldn’t even be training people.

@ChilisSupport went to the chilis @ capitola mall today and the service has gone down badly. When we first moved to santa cruz we would go to chilis in Capitola and we loved it. Amazing staff, amazing service and food was great. 9 years later and it’s terrible. Service is bad.
