@fordnation Why can't politicians just stick to delivering basic services to their tax payers? Politics should be seperate from religion.

It was an honour to join the International Muslims Organization of Toronto for Iftar last night in Etobicoke. Ramadan is a time to reflect on faith, generosity and community, as well as to celebrate the many contributions Muslim families make to strengthen Ontario every day. Ramadan Mubarak to all who are observing.

The Defence Security and Resilience Bank is an initiative bringing together likeminded partners to mobilise capital in support of our shared security. In Munich, I met with Stuart Peach, Chair of the DSRB, and expressed Canada’s continued interest in taking a leading role to advance the DSRB.

Mark Carney and our new Liberal government are making it easier and more convenient for drivers to charge EVs across Canada. At the same time, we’re making EVs more affordable, and rewarding made-in-Canada production to support our workers and build a stronger economy.

This is exactly why Canada is leaning into deeper partnerships across the Indo-Pacific and Europe. Stronger ties between the EU and CPTPP members will strengthen supply chains, unlock new opportunities for Canadian businesses, and reinforce a rules-based trading system. Canada is proud to be at the centre of this momentum. Trade diversification in action.

EXCLUSIVE: The EU and a 12-nation Indo-Pacific bloc are opening talks to explore forming one of the largest global economic alliances, multiple people with knowledge of the talks told POLITICO. Canada's Mark Carney is spearheading the discussions. 🔗 politico.eu/article/eu-and…

Canada is appalled by findings from the United Nations Human Rights report that the RSF’s assault on El Fasher left more than 6,000 people dead in three days. These atrocities are war crimes, reflecting a pattern of grave abuses that is deepening Sudan’s humanitarian crisis. Civilians must be protected and perpetrators held accountable under international law.

The City of Mississauga Council, after many years of trying, passed the city’s clearing of those nasty ice mountains at the end of your driveway called windrows! What a perfect year for the policy to pass. 134,000 residential driveways no longer spoiling our enjoyment of winter.

Mark Carney announces that Canadian law enforcement agencies will "increase cooperation" with the CCP to "better combat narcotics trafficking, transnational crime, cyber crime, and money laundering" in Canada. The RCMP and FINTRAC have consistently linked Chinese actors to narcotics trafficking, transnational crime, cybercrime and money laundering.

Pretty sure the Premier of your home province, Scott Moe, would disagree with you, @AndrewScheer. You may not know this, but it’s OK to put partisanship aside and put Canada ahead of your party. Try it out - you might like it.
Andrew Scheer@AndrewScheer

At no point during the election did Carney tell Canadians this was his plan. He has given up concessions and hasn’t even got a zero-tariff deal on Canola. Carney isn’t special. He’s just another Liberal.

Weapons made for war do not belong on our streets. We just launched the Assault-Style Firearms Compensation Program. We don’t want American style gun culture in Canada. Guns designed to kill the max number of ppl in a minimum amount of time have no business in our communities.

People from across Canada have been reaching out to me afraid - because of misinformation. The Supreme Court has stated that s.2 of the Charter protects sincere religious beliefs from government action. Pause & ask who benefits by making you afraid. Facts not fear.
