Ultimately you have to want to teach to be a good/great teacher, but if wanting to coach gets an excellent person in the door, that’s great too!

100%, I’ve known some elite teachers who got into the profession to coach. Didn’t mean they didn’t take their teaching job seriously/professionally. Most of the “teaching strategies” district pay big $ for, coaches have been doing for decades in class/on the field.

Almost the end of basketball season for Silas’ bunch. A lot of improvement this year. Close group of boys who always play hard and physical even though they’re usually shorter and smaller than most the teams they play.

@ClayTravis Teachers Union pushed for Andy hard. And his first opponent was an extremely unpopular incumbent and his second opponent just randomly stopped campaigning hard after he won the primary. A lot of Kentuckians thought he did well during Covid (I’m not one of those).
