I’m trying to build a "Neural Graph" for you so you can find information when its needed, but I can’t even find a human in my own DMs ​There are people genuinely reaching out to talk about stuff, founders with real questions, builders in the trenches and users with actual feedback But they’re drowning! ​My inbox is a digital graveyard of "Hi dear" bots and AI-generated ladies inviting me to "chat." It’s a flood of noise that makes the real signal impossible to hear. I hate that a potential partnership or a brilliant idea might be sitting at the bottom of a pile of spam, and there’s absolutely nothing I can do but scroll and hope I don't miss it ​X needs a "Proof of Human" filter. We aren't just losing time... we’re losing the real community in the clutter (In the meantime don't rely on DMs people just reply on the posts!)

A friend asked me what tools I use to manage my projects. He expected apps like Notion, Airtable, Linear, he even mentioned Jira (ew). It’s Apple Notes. It always is. Those links in my bio… all those projects started with me writing stuff down in Apple Notes. Once the project is live, all feature requests, notes, and todos still live in there. No project management tool with a kanban board and 6 integrations. Just folders, todos, checklists, and plain text. It works better than anything else I’ve tried, it costs $0, and it syncs across devices.

Here's what nobody tells you about growing on X: Replying to big accounts works. But only if you're one of the first 10 replies. After that? You're just feeding the algorithm someone else's content.

@dont_be_average It's less about optimizing the whole page and more about optimizing the first impression

This is a solid list for landing pages, though one thing I've noticed in 10 years of running paid traffic to funnels, most of the time only 20% of people scroll down to see the rest of the page. The majority just checks out the headline and what's above the fold. If you can communicate the offer well in the headline, call them out in a kicker headline above that, and add some urgency in the subheadline, with a trust bar under the cta button, you'll get a much bigger lift on conversions compared to optimizing everything else below fold.
