Tengo 37 años, gano bien, viajo 4 veces al año y mi casa siempre está impecable y en silencio. Ayer mi mejor amiga, que tiene 2 hijos y vive estresada, me dijo que mi vida 'no tiene propósito' porque no he formado una familia. Honestamente, veo su vida (pañales, gritos, no dormir, cero ahorros) y me parece una pesadilla. Le respondí que mi propósito es disfrutar mi dinero y mi paz, no ser una mártir de la maternidad. Usually hit the gym between 730-9am everyday During that time it’s mostly small business owners, remote workers and retirees It’s a great crowd. Everyone is serious about their training, upbeat and friendly The older guys in their 60’s love to talk though. For them, the gym is a social club and a place to hang out with other people… This one guy Jimmy is always talking. You know that guy. You can be in the middle of your last rep of back squats and in the middle of your lift will start telling you a story. Well the other day he was talking to someone and I jokingly said “hey jimmy let the poor guy workout” just to bust his chops a little Wouldn’t you know Jimmy got all sensitive and never every time he sees me talking to someone comes up and says “let the guy workout” It’s all in good fun but everyone knows if you are gonna converse in the gym you keep it short (rest period is 2-3 minutes for most people), you don’t talk to them in the middle of a set, and you actually work hard when you are not talking to earn respect Just bring standard gym etiquette and unwritten rules of the game

In Oct I was 265 lbs, today I’m a solid 190lbs. I was a fat ass. Dropped 65lbs in 6months. Still 30lbs overweight, got lots of work to do. Target weight is 170-165. Giving myself 1-2 years to hit 170-165 in a healthy manner. If achieved sooner, more power to me. Have a blessed weekend family

Sauna is great but if you are hair concerned (I’m not; mine grows too fast; take it!) cover your head with a towel or cap per Banya tradition. People complain about brittle hair if they do the traditional sauna too much w/o sauna cap. Infrared sauna is different story.
