I've spent a lot of time on the #ZEC chart this morning. I'm using Coinbase as it's currently the high price indicator among exchanges. Whenever an asset has gone parabolic, pretty much on it's own, outside of the rest of the market, you need to look at the big picture to figure out why. I've charted two macro trend lines here and what's interesting is that when either of these has been touched, there's been a decent price reversal on all six occasions. As you can see, Zcash is very close to touching the "up to the right" macro trend line again in addition to the 2.618 fib level and the $500 level. That's a lot of confluence! I'm looking for Zcash to have a reversal sometime soon based on what I'm seeing. It's only logical and there are a lot of indicators telling me this. DON'T DO WHAT I DO as this is just how I'm seeing it. Taking "some" profit in this area, for me, is the smartest thing to do right now. I know that if I'm wrong, and Zcash plows through the 2.618 and $500 level, I can easily get back in. Sure, I lose a bit but it's worth it to play this strategically. Volume levels and RSI need to be carefully scrutinized here. I've included a screen shot of the daily RSI and you can see it is divergent to the recent price action. Recent daily volume is relatively steady but I want to see if it goes down by the end of the day and into tomorrow. Now, why is Zcash running more than most other cryptos currently? Is it the privacy narrative? Sounds logical for sure. Or, are the market makers using the privacy narrative as a way to drive Zcash up and use it as a liquidity grab that can be rolled into other assets that have yet to move? That happens all the time so it's something I need to consider in my analysis. You have to look at ALL possibilities Don't misunderstand my post because this is not doom and gloom for Zcash. This is a very logical place for a reversal after looking at all of these indicators. After all is said and done, I think it goes to much higher prices. In the end, this is my game plan after many years in this meat grinder!! Determine you're own game plane based on your own research!
