I want to talk about the future of Ai, most things I would say here are from personal experiences. What I have learnt from interacting with AI platforms is that most time they are heavily censored; too costly for normal users, features that under-compensate in certain areas 🧵

It didn’t just make a mistake, it got the diagnosis completely wrong. I showed the same images to a radiologist. They spotted it immediately. The AI missed it because it had never seen data like this before, Its training came from US and European hospitals.  Different demographics, different patterns and different edge cases it never learned Here's what keeps me up: that AI is being used in real hospitals right now. This isn't just a medical problem. It's everywhere. Why?? AI is only as good as the data feeding it. Right now, most AI training data is centralized, unverified, and biased. There's no chain of custody and no accountability when the AI gets it wrong, nobody knows why. Was it the annotator who mislabeled it? The incomplete dataset? The model itself? Nobody knows. The black box stays black. The AI training data market is worth $3.2 billion today. By 2033? $16.3 billion. Almost all of it is controlled by centralized platforms like Scale AI and Appen. They hire annotators to label millions of images and texts, but there's zero transparency. You can't even verify their qualifications or work history. The data gets fed into AI models and we just trust it until it fails. Like that hospital AI. Or when an autonomous vehicle misreads a sign because training data missed the edge case. Or when a legal AI gives wrong precedent because the annotator didn't understand context, the consequences are real.
