@bookingcom FYI I called the number you provided last Monday. spent 40mins on phone!They initially said there are no available flights but when I told them I can see available flights from the same airline they said they will book the tickets and let me know via email. STILL WAITING though

My flight was cancelled by the airline but booked via Booking.com. I spent over 2 hours in support chat in booking.com with no resolution, just being passed between agents with no respect for my time as I working long hours.

This is the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. The fact that you know it was a scam listing and you still haven’t tried to resolve it speaks volumes to how much you value your customers
Another scam listing from @bookingcom. multiple calls and speaking to several agents, they’re are still refusing to resolve the issue. We're almost £2K out of pocket. They've now removed the property from their site, which suggests they know it's a scam. Scandalous
@bookingcom my money got deducted but I did not get any respond my the customer care they told that the booking did not get confirm but my 16k got deducted, please refund that

Not @bookingcom cancelling our Harry accommodation just 2 days before we’re due to travel. After having it booked for months, their solution was to recommend alternative places that are over 5 hours away from Wembley Stadium and offer only an extra £50 towards the cost.
I have never heard of a non-fundable hotel fee. WHY THE FUCK DOES THAT EVEN EXIST? Customers should be able to get their money back if they don't want your service, at a fee, of course.
