After three fucken years of litigation, in a 24-page ruling by the Texas Court of Appeals, the court rules Texas Bar miserably failed to prove Sidney Powell acted in “dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation” in the four lawsuits she filed against the overthrow of the United States government on Nov 3, 2020. The court even caught the Bar lying, A: “By its own admission, the Bar misidentified or failed to include multiple exhibits it claims to have relied on in its Second Amended Response,” B: “The deficiencies go far beyond mislabeling exhibits.” C: “The Bar not only failed to cite to or argue about any additional documents — the documents are not mentioned at all.” D: “You have to be a damn fool, and abjectly stupid not to see what happened here.” The opinion added. In other words, for the first time in the history of the Republic, attorneys have been prosecuted, ruined, and disbarred—including Rudy Giuliani and, most recently, John Eastman—for simply defending their client, a candidate for the presidency of the United States, no less. Why? So that Democrat operatives could claim that the overthrow of the United States government on November 3, 2020 was —the “most secure election in history”. That’s why! Hey @S_Fitzpatrick I was Kash Patel’s Sherpa on the transition. I spent nearly all day everyday with him for 3+ months and have been with him frequently since.
I have never seen the type of behavior that you’re describing from him.
Your anon sourced story is BS.
Oh and by the way, it was no pressure campaign that got Kash confirmed. He did his homework, studied every brief I wrote him (and I wrote them all personally). If I sent him material at say 2am, he would respond with questions by 3am. He was always available and never hard to reach. Ultimately, he addressed any concerns senators had. He studied the law enforcement issues in each of their states and came prepared with plans, ideas, and questions for addressing the unique law enforcement needs of each state. THAT is who Kash Patel is and it’s why the FBI has been so effective in the last year.
I’ve never once seen him over drink. Not once. You are spinning that narrative because you know POTUS doesn’t view that favorably, even admitted as much in your story.
And I’m not hard to find. Pretty obvious why you didn’t reach out to me for comment.

Update: I had the meeting with the school.
This little anchor baby spawn has been harassing my daughter for weeks now. They didn't tell me a damn thing about it. All of this started because my daughter wouldn't be his boyfriend after several advances.
I asked them why in TF (in those exact words) I was just hearing about it now.
She gave me some BS script about the safety of the kids, and I was like "Well, what about MY kid's safety?"
I asked them if they were capable of doing their jobs correctly, or did I actually need to yank my child out of their BS school.
Then I showed them the X post from yesterday. Sheer panic came across this woman's face. She knew instantly I wasn't going to back down or be talked down.
I told them how disgusted I was. I did NOT hold back.
Then in comes the mother of the other kid. She doesn't speak a lick of English.
I speak fairly decent Spanish, so I told her bluntly and as cold blooded as I possibly could that if her kid ever puts his dirty little hands on my daughter again, there would be hell to pay. She just kept telling me "I'm sorry" over and over.
Too late for that BS. I refused to hear it. I told them I was going to get my daughter right then and there.
I marched to her classroom, and brought her home with me, and took her to lunch.
Next step is finding a decent private school. I'm not going to have her going through this because some anchor baby who shouldn't even be here in the first place can't control her offspring.
Not happening to my child. NOT. EVER.
