Easy ever eggs Benedict on the grill ! 🔥 Set the grill to 350F spray a deep large muffin pan with non stick spray then pour 1/4 cup water in each well. Place an egg in each well. Traeger for 15-20 minutes depending on how you like your eggs. At the same time grill slices of Canadian bacon / ham / steak or your favorite protein. 🔥 My hollandaise sauce is super easy 4 egg yolks (organic) 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1/2 smoked Bolner's Fiesta Products, Inc. paprika 1/2 tsp Cholula Hot Sauce chipotle sauce 1/4 tsp sweet Marconi ground pepper 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted Real Salt Kosher sea Salt to taste Whisk the egg yolks and lemon juice together in a large glass bowl until the mixture is thickened. Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (the water should not touch the bottom of the bowl). Continue to whisk. Pour in the melted butter and Dijon then slowly and continuously whisk until the sauce is thickened and doubled in volume. Remove from the heat and whisk in Cholula smoked paprika and Marconi pepper. Add salt to taste. Cover and keep warm. If the sauce gets too thick, whisk in a tsp of warm water at a time to thin out before serving.
