4 week Peptide update: - Reta worked almost to well lol, as I said I didn’t need to lose weight just wanted to try it out for yall. I went from 190 to 175 pounds. No visual muscle loss but I guarantee I lost some. Cravings didnt exist. Energy was through the roof. I’m completely caffeine free. HRV did go down a tad and RHR slightly up but only by 5. - KLOW: this one has been epic for me. My back pain is basically 100% gone. I’ve had low back issues since HS sports/lifting. My knees feel great. My skin looks better than ever. I have had “red cheeks” my whole life (I have KP) and now outside of when I leave the sauna my redness is WAYYY down day to day.
