Boners increase T levels, this sounds insane but its actually true. If you have erectile dysfunction and you take something like tadalafil your testosterone levels restore and LH normalizes since ED suppresses GnRH. The absence of sexual activity suppresses testosterone.

(left as a post as well) this is just speculation, not any advice, thats for everyones personal doctor, minox if taken very early and constantly most probably is potent enough. the dht-dkk pathway is really not that potent, it can be overridden fairly easily, here are the 2 components that make it so bad to everyone and no-one wants to discuss. (im not saying this is the primary driver of andro. alopecia/ its not/, we're discussing the dht/dkk pathway only, as the primary pathways are not a published cascade, overlooked) a) most likely in men, hair loss begins 2 cycles after puberty peak dht (6 years post), dht-dkk, reducing beta-c/lpr5/6 , then loss remains un-noticed until near 50% of the hair density is reduced. then men wait, it hits 60% and panic ensues. trying every topical and vitamin, then minox finally (hopefully oral) and finally the big decision, block the dht or not. by that time, its actually severe alopecia. this fits most men. dht is a component of a global cascade that causes AA. this picture in the link doesent get near enough attention. this is 1 month of a topical, that does not interact with dht (or any hormone) or the pathway at all, no minox, etc. growing terminal, hair in the most difficult area on the scalp , temporal region, review the shadow of growth. this is the area of the scalp that is claimed by the scientists to be the most affected by dht, this alone describes sufficiently that dht and removing its negative pressure is not the route. we've been decades with blinders on, following a path that has harmed far too many men. x.com/JeffVincint/st…

Yesterday: we measured how MINX enters the bloodstream in a human: 5mg oral minoxidil, lipid-matrix capsule. n=1. Single oral dose. 6 timepoints. 6 serial blood draws. Subject: @AndrewVerbinnen. Protocol live streamed on @pumpfun. Plasma minoxidil concentrations in ~1 week. Raw data + release curve published when assays return. This is how we solve hair loss.

@llana @JoseJsf22 "My point is that AI is nothing without human devs and human data." So? What do you mean by that? In any case, it's true now but will become increasingly less relevant as AI itself becomes increasingly more important in its own development

Bijna niemand begrijpt AI. Geciteerde tweet is onzin.

The weather will be beating our ass in europe the next few weeks, if you are thinking of using melanotan-2 here is what to look out for: > Increases RHR > Can decrease appetite > Can increase blood pressure > Can increase pain sensitivity > Can get a histamine spike because of mast cell degranulation -> nausea and a hot flush. (1h or so) Yes you can take things to mitigate these side effects, that being said my favorite side effect protocol is correct dosing. 50-100mcg every 4 days was more than enough for me to get a perfect tan, with no side effects. You might have to dose a bit higher depending on the UV index, and with that in mind 200-300mcg seems like a good option as well.

firstly we have nothing to sell or offer. and more importantly, if this extended release minox. product outperforms low dose oral bid minox in their plasma study, this is going to be significant /sufficient for the majority of mild to moderate andro. alopecia sufferers. if people catch it quickly and start something like that, there is not need for our project. we are geared for more severe alopecia. finally, the ease of use of a pill is far better than a topical. its not the same patient group. ours is much smaller.

30yo Male, (>10 yrs hair loss) this is Left Temple area, our topical project applied. this is 1 month between these 2 pictures. See the dark, pigmented, terminal hairs emerging in the temple and even above the freckle, certain hairs are hyper-induced. we expect full temporal and hairline recovery with continued application to full density, appearance. a complete reversal. (zoom well, there is much to observe in this picture)

I love AI, it’s pure LLMs I hate. Pure LLMs *are* basically just autocomplete. Recent progress (e.g. Claude Code) doesn’t show otherwise Rather, lot of the progress in the last two years has come from *introducing* other things – mainly classic symbolic techniques and tools, to offset the weaknesses of pure LLMs. Shame to see the tweet below muddle all of this. If we want to make further progress we need to understand where the progress is coming from; mostly it is coming from leaving pure LLMs behind.
Bindu Reddy@bindureddy

Where did all the AI haters go? 🤔 You know, the ones screaming "it's just autocomplete!" and "it'll never be useful!" They're real quiet now that AI is actually magical and transforming everything. Almost like... they were wrong the whole time. 😏

this is one of the most important pictures of our work to understand. as you zoom in the before picture, there are virtually no robust hairs on the frontal area and of to the sides. with topical application of our project only for a few weeks. you can see potent (though disorganized) follicles induced in the most difficult area on the scalp. frontal hairline. this is just the beginning this disorganized follicles over time, more and more are recruited and fill the area. from disorganized to organized. the takeaways are the full sized, even larger than other follicles, induced and growing in a robust nature, "stout". there is so much more to come.

Peptides > finasteride for hair loss Is it really worth having higher estrogen levels, lower libido, and a permanent dependency on this drug? Of course not. I am 44 with a full head of hair because I use these methods instead: - GHK-Cu helps rebuild blood vessels and repair follicle DNA. - AHK-Cu increases growth factors and helps reverse thinning. On top of this, I use: - Tallow butter provides an anti-inflammatory base for the follicles. - Microneedling allows peptides to get deep into the skin. - Red light therapy gives dying follicles the cellular energy they need. If you want my complete hair loss prevention protocol, comment the word "HAIR" and I'll send it to you.

from internal conversations, its doubtful that we will release any moa, structure info. people in biotech right now are terrified of ip loss to ai, etc. we've not even had the first court case, that will set the tone. this, as you can imagine, may be the biggest barrier to entry to market there is.

UPDATE: our topical project. (received picture, updated from previous post) with similar lighting) our topical project, 11 weeks (-3 months)of application, >25 years androgenetic alopecia nw7, (1.2mm biopsies taken offsite) growth acceleration begins at this point as the follicles have hypertrophied approx 50-60%, fibrosis potently reversing, pigmentation restored, linear velocity engaged, scalp tightness and hardness has become spongy and "healthier" feeling, though not normal yet. Still, long way to go. (updated from May 6, 2026 , ie 1 week ago) this is 12 weeks now. 3 months. application of our topical only. x.com/JeffVincint/st…

yes, agreed, though most people will look at this crown area and be impressed. this is the easiest place to grow hair, for 3 months its very potent growth. the absolute most difficult place to re-grow (I know not a word) is the frontal hairline and temporal peaks.. in reality.. this before and after that is only 1 month is the most stunning growth. a single month. we anticipate to re-grow not just to an impressive level but to full density, (200+ follicles per cm2), full pigmentation to normal color, full velocity, full caliber. all of it, I realize how that sounds.

We are currently in stealth, with a team that includes two scientists from your country. No, this is not us. our project is topical only and we remain in stealth until launch possibly end of this year or Q1 2027. We're looking for ambassadors in Japan soon. I invite you to see the pictures posted so far, these are in the bottom % of what we're seeing. its coming and its exciting!
