@Hertz I rented a car at Frankfurt Airport in August. Check-in mileage was 11,000 km, but at check-out it was changed to 1,885 km, and I was charged €3,000 for unused km. I filed a claim 2 weeks ago, no reply. Phone lines cut off after 30s.
