@Hertz Absolutely raging! Booked a hire car from you when on holiday in Italy, was charged £180 as soon as the car was picked up, then another £180 once the car was returned! It’s been over a month, nobody has refunded the money. Unable to call anyone & no one is helping! #Hertz
