Delighted to be enjoying my #MatchaTea from @StarbucksUK in Edinburgh. 😁 I’m smiling just like the cup because I was served by a staff member using a bit of #BSL and hand gestures. Awesome! 👏 We need more business staff trained in British Sign Language (BSL).

Come on @StarbucksUK! What’s going on with your Matcha Tea?! Why are you always out of stock?? This is poorly managed and coordinated. Four Starbucks were out of stock in one week, and two are out of stock this week. I like my Matcha Tea on the way to work. #MatchaTea #FedUp

@paulbelmontesli Absolutely!! 🫤 With some BSL / English Interpreters, it’s getting out of control. Sadly, some are getting greedy and selfish. It’s a shame because they’re giving their fellow fantastic BSL / English Interpreters a bad name!! I’m highly concerned with the future. Work together!!!

Many are still frustrated with the lack of connection and hardly any engagement and participation, communication or collaboration from the Scottish Government over the last few years. The Scottish Government are accountable to the people of Scotland, including BSL users. 13/14

Contributing to the @scotgov draft #BSLNationalPlan 2023-2029 was one of the worst and poorest consultations for #BSLUsers in #Scotland. During the summer months, nine weeks is bad and limits #BSL users’ engagement and participation. Many consultations take around 12 weeks. 1/14
