An electoral constituency where only a specific group/community of people can vote for a person who is also from the same group/community.
This is what Chandrashekhar Ravan demanded today in the Lok Sabha. It is the same demand that was put forth by Ambedkar in 1931, after which Gandhi sat on a hunger strike and the Poona Pact happened.
