@DoubleTree staying at DoubleTree Hilton Almaty and honestly disappointed. No bellboy available at 7:30 PM, had to carry all luggage myself with two kids. Even worse, front desk staff were laughing/making jokes when I raised it. Not the hospitality I expected #CustomerExperience

Very disappointed by the @DoubleTree hotel in Liverpool, UK. This is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. WiFi is so slow, never experienced such a bad connectivity. The heating system was not working and they provided with a small electric heater @HiltonHotels @HiltonHonors

@DoubleTree I stayed at the moon township location on 2/22 (left on 2/23). My daughter left her jellycat and I have called multiple times & hskping mgr confirmed it was found & would be mailed. I’m still waiting. Nothing. And no one is returning my calls.

Is this a joke @DoubleTree ? I'm a LONG-STAY guest at DoubleTree Sharjah. Guest Assistance sent 3 copy-paste templates telling me to "contact front desk"—the exact source of the problem! Stuck in an endless loop. Case #263115560 needs a REAL manager. #Hilton #CustomerServiceFail

So @HiltonHotels @Hilton and @DoubleTree...it's been 48 hours after filing a formal complaint about our DISGUSTING room in Miami with moldy wallpaper, a leaky ceiling, and crusty carpet. Zero follow-up from the hotel and ya'll won't help...at what point is this a BBB thing?
