Hi there, usually the charge would be the amount of the donation so it is an odd one. You can have a look in the EE app to see what exactly the extra charge is for, or if you give our customer care team a call on 150 I'm confident they'll be able to get to the bottom of what's happened.

@EE I’ve tried that, the complaints team said next step would be @Ofcom. Apparently, you couldn’t find the call. Which is hard to believe, knowing you must be in the wrong.

Used to work for @EE but my god, they are so bad now. Raised a complaint, and they tried to throw £30 compensation at me because “they couldn’t find the call to listen to”- no surprise. @Ofcom please can you support with this?

@EE my broadband account is due for renewal. I have tried both the app and online to do so but neither link takes me to that option. However if I want to end my contract that link works so it would appear that you dont want the business!
