Many of us brought Hive for the simplicity of having one home hub where we can access everything in one place including cameras for security. Poor customer service experience, and I imagine many disappointed customers, which won’t fare well for Hive in the future.@HiveHelper
@HiveHelper If you did not wish to continue to sell cameras surely from a customer point of view you could have found a company that could and it still be available on hive! And no good reason for it being pulled other than maybe the cameras keep going offline!

@HiveHelper No idea who Daniel is? However no you can’t help me as you are pulling a product that quite frankly isn’t cheap… it was sold on the basis of being a hub! With thermostats, plugs, lighting and cameras.. etc..
@UPS missing packages reported via your appalling system! Still state searching for parcels! These should have been delivered on the 13th of December.. this is unacceptable

@UPS disgusting service UPS. When you lose a package why on earth do you make the customer jump through hoops! Other couriers do not make you create accounts for their errors! A phone call is sufficient!
@zoethomas81@UPS We just got through to an agent! Just as bad really didn’t help-just sent a form for their delivery error- now we have to create an account with them to submit a claim 😩 hope you get your package back- ring on option 4 and press a load of random numbers to get through to agent
@UPS absolutely awful service. AVOID using if you actually want to receive your package. Conflicting information given, never actually able to speak to an agent. #rubbish#avoid#awful
@richardsyeo@clumsy1974@10DowningStreet No they don’t need to be bribed! They should just do the right thing by the pupils who now feel severely let down. How can a computer judge a pupils ability and downgrade 3 or more grades? Covid has been bad enough let’s not make this worse!
@clumsy1974@10DowningStreet The government shouldn't have to bribe future voters. Media making a big story out of this. Covid19 is not the governments fault. The government are doing a reasonable job considering. Just as well we don't have Corbyn/Labour in power!

@wjec_cbac Have you even considered the impacts to all these pupils who are now left devastated by your appalling grading system!! As if covid was not bad enough to be locked up for months now they have to deal with another blow! Can you at least clarify how you can drop a kid three grades?
