@anic4uu Really needed a job after Covid shut down my business. Got offered a great position, but wouldn’t give a vaxx waiver. Declined it. Money getting tight like you. Then God brought an even better job w/great people/waiver. Going on 4 years! God is great and honors faithfulness.

I quit on a Thursday and walked home not knowing what I was going to do. The job was paying me next to nothing and my manager made every day harder than it needed to be. I had rent coming up and no backup plan. I just knew I couldn't stay there anymore. That night I sat in my room staring at the wall wondering if I had just made a huge mistake. For two weeks I applied everywhere and heard nothing back. I was checking my phone constantly, watching my money get lower, and trying to pray even when it felt like nothing was getting through. It was a scary and lonely feeling that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Then one morning an email came from a job I had applied to and honestly forgotten about. I went in for the interview, it felt right, and two days later they offered me the position. Better pay, better hours, better people. I didn't see it coming at all. But looking back I really believe that God closed that door because He already had another one open. I just couldn't see it yet.
