I dunno, call me crazy but just bought some more MU here. I think the biggest improvements in AI productivity has been context window enlargement. Memory helps make that possible.

I think I need to expand beyond @openclaw and I’m open to suggestions. What I am trying to overcome: - Frequent timeouts - better memory handling - be able to have one brain across different instances of engagement whether it’s in cc, telegram, different telegram group chats, slack. - better model selection - actually following the rules and instructions it sets up for itself - not lying - it tell me it solved a problem, then the problem comes up and it says I prob shouldn’t have told you I solved it because I didn’t - better project management across different projects

What if... we just remade magic eden? We already have a marketplace we've been working on. Could just add support for those chains and have the platform take 0% of the fees. So many other ideas we could add in and control. LEt it be a marketplace for the community... by the community.

Magic Eden removing EVM + Ordinal support to focus on SOL NFTs genuinely makes no sense from a business standpoint. Here's why: Over the last 8 months, ETH NFTs averaged $150 million in volume/month Ordinals averaged $38 million Meanwhile, SOL NFTs averaged just $16 million Anyone with a brain can see that Magic Eden didn't remove EVM + Ordinal support because of the "lack of volume". SOL NFTs does a fraction of the volume that Ordinals + ETH NFTs do. Magic Eden is trying to erase any evidence of possible illegal insider trading they were doing on the other chains. There's a reason why they only announced the "sunsetting of Ordinals/EVM" on twitter and didn't advertise/announce it on the website. Some shady shit is going on

From Yuga to NODE to Larva Labs. Forever Punk #98. Eras aren't meant to be endless. They're meant to complete, including my era at the helm of @cryptopunks. Stewardship, by definition, is temporary. It's caretaking until something can stand on its own, or until you no longer need to mediate it. In my eyes, stewardship was never about control or ownership. It was about care and support. That's the role my stewardship played, to make room for something more permanent. A home. CryptoPunks have found homes before. On Ethereum. In a big pink book. MoMA. I found my home with my Punks, more than ever when I lost my physical home in the fires. Home is a place you can return to. Home carries memory. Home gives structure to something alive without fixing it in place. And that's the spirit I hope continues for this project and the community with @nodefnd as their home. Under my care, CryptoPunks moved from the artists who made them, through Yuga, and landing softly at NODE. Helping open the Foundation's doors with the first solo Punks exhibition, this was an incredible honor and a wonderful encore after I stepped down as GM last year. Thankful to Micky, Becky, and the entire NODE team for that opportunity. And now I'm going back to the beginning. To the source. To my new home. Matt & John. I'm officially joining @larvalabs. I spent my last chapter taking care of the collection. Now I'm working with the creators who made that collection. My focus will be on their legacy beyond CryptoPunks alone, the studio's day to day work, and supporting their incomparable vision wherever it leads. More on everything else I'm thinking about soon.

100%. The space doesn't have a talent problem. It has an ego problem. What's missing is a mastermind. A small group of builders who meet regularly, share what's actually working, and help each other grow. No brand. No token. Just founders with skin in the game who show up for each other. Only requirement: you've built something real. Could be our own version of the BAYC foudners in clubhouse. lol

The biggest issue with NFTs today is that none of the people who actually have some sort of influence are on the same page. Everyone has their own agenda and would rather push that then push the space forward. That toxicity trickles down. The day this changes is the day NFTS will be back. Back in 2021 groups used to work together to make good projects work. Today we have little to no unity. Whether thats between project founders or group leaders
