@Fossil @FossilGroup Sent my watch for a link to be repaired. Came back 4 weeks later in 2 pieces.. Don't worry though! Offered me 20% off (even though I would still have a functioning watch in 1 piece if it wasn't for them). I can get 15% off if I simply register my email. AVOID

@Fossil What a pathetic repair service you guys have. I received my ‘repaired’ watch just an hour back and it is still not working. It’s so disappointing to receive an unrepaired watch after waiting for a month(not including lockdown period). @FossilGroup
