Wondering if y’all could weigh in on wedding venue negotiatios: how much is it appropriate to negotiate a pretty inclusive per head price? Is it a percentage (i.e. -10%, -20%) or $ amount (e.g. $150 v $180 per head)? I don’t want to be unreasonable or get ripped off...

Orchid people: I want to repot this oncidium which has a problem with red mites. I’ve treated it for months and think they’re living in the medium which is old. I plan to spray with hydrogen peroxide 3%. What do I do with the shriveled pseudo bulbs? Is this plant fit to repot?

I have been on hold for an hour @WageWorks @AskWageWorks after learning that I do not have health insurance in spite of the fact that we pay $2500 A MONTH to remain insured during a PANDEMIC after partner was laid off.

Every interaction we have with @WageWorks @AskWageWorks is frustrating, disorganized, and insulting with DOWNRIGHT DANGEROUS consequences. Thanks for ruining my birthday because I am scared about my & my immunocompromised partner’s health & ability to receive medical care 👏🏻
