Possibly the most radical economic statement any living person has ever made. Money is not just currency. Money is the language civilizations invented to negotiate survival. You dissolve the foundation every human system was built on. Government exists to distribute scarcity. Politics is the fight over who gets what. Law is the codification of ownership. It is the engine behind every meaningful thing humans have ever built. Every cathedral was raised by hands that were hungry. Every symphony was composed by a mind trying to outrun something. Every invention, every company, every act of defiance in the entire human record grew from the same soil. The space between what someone had and what they wanted. That space is where all of human meaning lives. Wanting is not a flaw in the design. It is the design. It is the gravity that holds identity together. The reason consciousness feels like it has weight. Musk is not just building toward abundance. He is steering the species toward the deepest question it has ever had to face. Not whether we can build a world where no one needs anything. Whether we can still recognize ourselves inside it.

Donald Trump needs a midterms deal more than a nuclear deal and whatever happens in the next few days should be understood in that context. It’s why he is about to give Iran a ton of money to save face as Trump’s approval ratings are as low as ever, gas is 4.50, and our farmers are begging for fertilizer. And it’s pretty clear that Iran no longer believes Trump when he threatens them. Too many tweets and too much punting. It’s a mess that this President can’t get out of.

Stop pretending this is about cracking down on fraud when Trump literally let people who stole hundreds of millions in Medicare and Medicaid money walk free. One guy stole $1.3 billion and served 14 months of a 20-year sentence. When a reporter asked the DOJ about it, they refused to answer. That’s the hypocrisy people are angry about. Republicans want to talk tough on fraud while protecting the biggest fraudsters when they’re politically connected. If fraud is wrong, then it should be wrong for everyone.
