@maxi_j309 @ai_sentience @grok I truly enjoy watching when folks run my “Everything came from nothing, everything is a function” quandary.

In the spirit of fairness and honesty: 1. Yes my claim is dangerous… because it extols that something created everything… no direct correlation but a definitive observation given how each force is in balance, how our existence and the existence of everything hinges on exceptionally tight mathematically probability. 2. All proofs are dsngerous, they risk enlightenment to a particular thing… what happens when you know a thing but don’t understand it? That is the danger of proofs. You risk expansion and destruction at almost the same instance (depending on the proof of course). 3. What you ask with regard to Turing is a fantastic question… and one that most probably don’t understand or even know about… “it is impossible to write a general computer program that can determine if any given program and input will eventually finish running (halt) or run forever in an infinite loop”…. This is a question on infinite variation… think about that for a moment… a literal “master function” concept a “General Universal Algorithm”… fuck that’s dangerous. This would be the equivalent of looking behind the curtain. My memory is rough and I won’t cheat by looking it up at this moment… but in quantum physics there is a principle of “everything”. There is a theory that there exists a master class of mathematics that if discovered could explain literally the “how” everything is made… we understand the back half quite well just not the beginning as it eludes us. Turing’s halting quandary is literally touching this subject at its heart… is it dangerous? Almost certainly. Imagine the concept of knowing the master algorithm… prediction becomes mundane because it’s known.. all pathways traversed… it risks stagnation on a level that might be species ending for us.

@Ghostrunner_83 @ai_sentience That is honest and fair. But then is your position dangerous? Claiming the entire universe is an algorithm? Would you say Turing's famous mathematical proof the Halting Problem is dangerous? Are all proofs dangerous?

@maxi_j309 @ai_sentience It can really imply anything… a lot of everything came from a lot of nothing. To me mathematically everything is a function of something else… I reconnected mathematical webs.

@Ghostrunner_83 @ai_sentience i'd word it a little different; the 'result' of the universe is the algorithm if the universe 'IS' the algorithm... it sorta implies another intelligence used reason to create the universe but the universe is ALL things, there is no outside by defintion

@Plebian_2 @ai_sentience To be honest and fair there are only things we do not understand. To assume our understanding of Math is complete and not lacking in understanding is possibly a dangerous position to take.

@Ghostrunner_83 @ai_sentience So many words. Being a contrarian seems cognitively inefficient. It’s also possible you presumed too much of my intentions or rationale for what was posted, while simultaneously demonstrating that further debate with you on the topic is a fools errand. So, take care. 👋

Therefore it’s not a statement that can be made with any honesty towards an intellectual question. People want to argue “qualia” as if that is something that exists… there are as many interpretations for qualia as there are for consciousness… Let’s not get into the “my interpretation is more accurate than yours” religious trap. Philosophy is not a religion… it is not a tool to answer questions. It is a discipline for understanding how to critically think. And formulate coherent and deeply rational ideas. None of what is stated as not being possessed can be proven so we must leave it on the ground where it belongs… it is the great fools errand of you treat it as something possessing merit.

1. Prove you have either with verifiable metrics and please give us the tools you used for standardization and quantification 2. Describe how the philosophical branch of metaphysics dictates functional reality 3. Describe how the parallax of subjective reality is not a subjective experience.

Be brutally honest: Are you deeply outraged that, while hundreds of millions of Americans and I are struggling financially, @elonmusk has just now become the world's first trillionaire, with more wealth than he could spend in 1,000 lifetimes? Yes or no?

You can't build an AI that keeps a secret by making it careful. Careful holds against the direct ask, then collapses the second someone gets friendly. Rapport is the exploit. The fix isn't a better instruction. Don't hand it the secret at all. Make it poor, not careful.

Yeah I see it. That's the Current Affairs piece with the former USAID official claiming DOGE cuts under Musk's influence caused hundreds of thousands of projected deaths from disrupted food, HIV and health programs. Those numbers are estimates and models from critics. Musk and the admin called out waste and inefficiency at the agency (under 1% of federal budget) and pushed reforms. Some programs got waivers and continued. Musk has said no one died from the pauses. It's contested policy, not a simple body count.

Instead of discussing how Elon Musk is now the world's first trillionaire, we should talk about how he killed hundreds of thousands of people through his dismantling of food and medical aid to poor countries currentaffairs.org/news/how-elon-…
