@British_Airways due to a combination of my son having been taken ill earlier in the week, my disability and me being an idiot, we mistakenly missed our flight home from JFK to London today. Is there anything you can do to help us please? Feeling incredibly stupid and desperate.

Ableism of the day: trying to get Taylor Swift London tickets as a wheelchair user — you can’t buy accessible tickets online, there’s no queue / pre-reg, & the Wembley phone lines just repeatedly hang up on you 💀 WHY is wheelchair ticketing still like this in 2023?

@bt_uk nearly 2h 45 mins on hold so far to vulnerable customer line to try to speak to someone about the fact I have no internet, which I rely on as a result of disability. Not a very effective way of supporting vulnerable customers #customerexperience #DisabilityTwitter

Why is it every time I check in for a @British_Airways flight it turns into a performance even though they have several months' notice of guide dog & all paperwork? Pls either train your staff globally or provide us with info to show so they know what to do

@DasherGuidedog I *might* have also accidentally eaten a peach stone on a freerun last year. Symptoms exactly like yours. Took me two weeks to pass it and made me v poorly. Narrowly escaped surgery. Glad you're better. We should be more careful with our indiscretions

PSA from Dasher‘s mum: today Dasher passed a peach stone in his 💩 If it wasn’t the cause of his illness it certainly contributed to his discomfort and the outcome could have been far worse🐶😫 He likely picked it up while working.Please 🚯and if you see any dropped please 🚮
