@GangsterofGods It was 2” deep of sand and rubber that was slowly infiltrated with clay over 5-6 years from home plate. I needed a tool that would not damage the turf but remove the material. Compressed air was the answer. Tines, knives, metal brushes were going to damage the turf.

@HoosTurf I’m guessing nap is just too deep. I’m a big fan of tools for the job. Instead of damaging hands. Other than a vibratory vacuum. Idk if those exist btw. lol.

@Cgustafson14 @mowdaddy53 Looked into top keeper 1001 yesterday. Great suggestion and one is on its way. You understand the square footage we are trying clean and refill in 2.5 days with 3.5 people, right?

@HoosTurf Grab a henko top keeper to break up the clay and infill, use power broom and vacuum to clean it up. Can also look into the Commerical floor cleaners that suck up the water @mowdaddy53 does that method

@HoosTurf Is that just compressed air? What psi? This would work well for a similar project I have .

@CardsSimp It likely would if it was wet and we used a metal brush. I still need the turf to appear somewhat intact. I questioned the abuse to the turf.
