@AtTheBridgePod You’re deluded if you think they won’t at least consider selling a player if that player represents some decent profit and if that player is also asking to leave the club. Keeping a player who doesn’t want to be here would be a big mistake, contracts are irrelevant to all that.

All the good work from Sanchez arguably being our POTS till Maresca was here was undone by Rosenior's obsession with making his keeper play out from the back, putting a dent on his confidence, replacing him with Jorgensen and now Sanchez has lost all his form he gathered since March 2025. Maresca had an obsession for a GK who can play out from the back as well but he understood that stopping goals was more necessary for a keeper. Stuck with Sanchez and didn't ask him to play out from the back and he became one of our best players. Again, Maresca adapted more to the squad than Rosenior has. Maresca tried to hide the weaknesses of players
