Saw one of our guys take 500 TO THE BASEMENT today. First one I’ve seen in person in a high school setting. Stoked for this young man. Something even cooler happened after this though. The entire team started hitting PR’s. Energy through the roof. intensity is contagious.

I have my gen pop kids write their PR’s for the day on the board so we can track their progress. Today One of my general population kids wrote “i love this class” next to their numbers. Small reminder that this job is a gift. We are blessed to serve #GoDawgs
