For Texas!
The Texas First Declaration
"Texas First means focusing on protecting our state sovereignty over the encroachment of the federal and state government. Texas above all."
1. Individual Liberty Above All Texans’ God-given rights to life, liberty, and property trump federal and state edicts. The state shields locals from D.C.’s overreach, and local governments shield us from Austin’s mandates—independence and self-government are our birthright. No legal plunder—government, federal or state, shall not seize our property without due process. Free speech and medical freedom—all treatments and medicines freely available—reign supreme.
2. Local Control, Texas Strong
Power starts with families, towns, and counties—not Austin, and never D.C. Local rule stands firm, free from federal overreach, unless it’s to uphold Texas sovereignty.
3. Faith, Family, and Freedom
Texas defends God, parents, and conscience against federal woke tyranny. Our values rule—state and local leaders block D.C.’s cultural overreach and purge globalists and anti-sovereigntists from medical and school boards.
4. Texas First, America Second
Texas jobs and industries trump foreign or federal priorities. Trade and work build our state first—America benefits when Texas leads, not the other way around. When the States are First America is First.
5. Economic Freedom Fuels the Texas Miracle
Low taxes and lean rules outmuscle federal and Austin meddling. From shops to rigs, Texas thrives when government—D.C. or Austin—gets out of the way. End the Chevron Deference in Texas and all other forms of unelected rules and regulations; cut licensing red tape—“Perpetuities and monopolies are contrary to the genius of a free government, and shall never be allowed”—freedom, not handouts.
6. Property Tax Elimination End property taxes—Texans don’t owe D.C. or Austin to keep our land. Fund our needs with Texas revenue (sales tax, oil cash), defying federal and state schemes to drain us. Slash school board overhead—no valuation hikes.
7. Spending Reform and a Texas Wealth Fund
Texas spends smart—no waste, no federal or Austin pork. Bank surplus (like oil profits) into a Texas Sovereign Wealth Fund to cut taxes and build roads, airports, and infrastructure, free from D.C.’s and Austin’s grip.
8. Energy Dominance, Texas Style
Texans rule energy—oil, gas, ethanol, biofuels, solar, we dominate all forms of energy. No federal or state edicts hinder our dominance—just Texas powering itself and beyond, fueling jobs and our fund.
9. Second Amendment, Non-Negotiable
Gun rights bow to no federal or state law. Every citizen shall have the right to keep and bear arms in the lawful defense of themselves and Texas—no ATF raids and regulations, no red flag laws, no bans, no gun-free zones. Self-defense is ours alone.
10. Texas Militia Reborn
Revive the constitutional "Militia of the several states"—armed citizens, not federal adjuncts like the Texas State Guard or National Guard tied to D.C. and Austin’s chain of command. Per Edwin Vieira and in the spirit of Séguin’s “Fight or Die” Tejano Volunteer Company, this is Texas’s independent, people-led force, separate from state military, defending our sovereignty.
11. Border Security is Texas’s Fight
Texas takes charge—no bowing to D.C. and Austin’s inaction. We deploy the National Guard, DPS, and NG-trained militias to augment and support border security, locking down illegals, trafficking, and drugs. Our land, our law.
12. No Puppets, No Foreign Hands
Our lawmakers serve Texas, not D.C. nor Austin—no political dynasties or PAC puppets of Deep State masters, in-state or out; Texas cash rules our voice. No foreign or puppet entities shall own Texas land; what’s ours, we reclaim.
13. Election Integrity and State Electoral College
Texas elections stay pure—no federal or Austin tampering. Voter ID, paper ballots, same day voting and results and a State Electoral College balance rural and urban voices, keeping D.C.’s and Austin’s hands off our republican form of government—Texas is a republic with popular sovereignty in a federation of republics, as Zavala wrote and Seguín defended. As the Founders intended.
14. Texans Rule the Legislature Recall elections for federal and state senators and representatives must be law, reminding them they serve Texans, not rule us—stay connected, live in districts. Term limits (12 years max across state and federal offices), age limits, and office limits end careerism—no lifers bouncing between Austin and D.C.; ban stock trading by lawmakers. Texas Legislative sessions locked by law with a fixed template—set dates, clear rules, no quorum breaks, and no sub-chair power grabs like 2025’s Democrat ploy to neuter Republican chairs—shall not deviate; the people’s will above all.
“We no longer ask, we no longer request—we DE-CLARE! This is for Seguín, Zavala, and every Texan who NEVER bowed. The Texas First Declaration is our stand, with Trump’s federalism against the Deep State, bringing both sides—federal and state overreach and external threats—down. When the States are First, America is First—for Texas.”

@burnside_king @ichimaru_novel ummm i still get bailing wire in Texas what are talking about?
English

@ichimaru_novel We used to have baling wire--thin steel wire you bent to hold straw bales together. That fixed most electrical issues.
They've since switched to plastic baling twine and we have to tear apart extension cords.
Unless it's a blown fuse. Coins or spent ammunition fixes those.

About to head into our Directors meeting at 7pm. We will have a date for the rally right after or by morning. How on earth anyone can claim the Alamo is an Islamic building is crazy and the fight must start somewhere.
For those new This Is Texas Freedom Force has been fighting for our Texas History since 2017. We have saved numerous monuments, attended & spoke at numerous city & state meetings in Texas, and have had our Monument Protection Bill filed every session since 2017 (unfortunately the RINOs in the House haven’t pass it). We also were the org that held the Alamo May 30, 2026 (5,000 rioters overran the cops and 150 TITFF Members held them back for several hours till DPS could come in from Austin and replace us.) So Texas History is in our blood. We will not let them islamify our Texas History.

I've been working with IT Staffing Augmentation Contracts (ITSAC) data for Texas State Agencies and it's abundantly clear we have a major problem.
Looking just at contracts started within the last year for HHS, I've found 14 companies who self-report as being H-1B dependent have received ITSAC contracts for 63 workers for a total of $13,415,777. (~213k per worker)
Stepping back a bit further, I checked into the DIR data and cross-referenced ITSAC vendors who have multiple H-1B approvals and found 583 contracts for $144,786,453. (~248k per worker)
Beyond this - the first few names on the Purchase Orders that I ran, all have LinkedIn presence stating they're working for someone other than the vendor who put their name on the purchase order. Better yet, most of these vendors seem to specialize in state and city level contracts.
I'll be holding off on publishing my full findings until I can pull in all the data but the first look was too ugly not to share. However, even without the full data, I can say with 100% certainty @GregAbbott_TX's order on banning/pausing state level H-1B hiring is/was pointless without extending it to IT Staffing Augmentation Contracts.
Also - interestingly enough, I just had a tip hit my inbox that shows one of the biggest vendors is issuing fake payroll to an H-1B recipient who doesn't have a "client." It kind of makes me wonder how much oversight there is into these "vendors."

IS TEXAS’ GOVERNMENT TRYING TO SIEZE YOUR PRIVATE PROPERTY?
This is a long post but it’s VITAL that all my Texan friends are aware of this:
Your own state government, via a bureaucratic unelected group called ERCOT, is arguing that they need to take YOUR privately owned land to build 4,000 MORE miles of power lines.
They’re doing this in the name of “reliable energy.”
Who’s footing the $33,000,000,000 bill?
You.
This is not something you voted for.
Will it work?
As most things with government involvement… not really.
These power lines are not entirely effective, because when the electricity travels, it becomes weaker over distance.
So much so that it may not even make it to its destination.
Distance equals loss.
Maybe I’m old fashioned but “reliable energy” shouldn’t have to travel hundreds of miles, be a total eyesore, and only have a small percentage of making it to your home.
I don’t know ANY Texan who’d want a giant power line running through their backyard, especially for a project they didn’t vote for, while the government lays claim to their private property in the process.
This sets a precedent for other states.
In the same way that almost half of the other states take school curriculum and SAT passage rates from Texas, they take energy policy suggestions from the Lone Star State.
If precedent set, it means that Texans are okay with the government taking private land for projects that may not even be helpful in helping Texans!
You may not live in Texas, but your energy policy, and your tax dollars, are shaped by decisions like this.
Bad energy policy in one state can ripple across the entire country’s grid and economy.
If billions can be spent on inefficient solutions here, it raises questions about how energy is managed everywhere.
This is about more than power lines. It’s about who controls land, resources and local decision-making.
What happens in Texas often becomes a model, or a warning, for the rest of the country.

Here’s a statement you can send to your board member.
Dear Member of the Texas State Board of Education,
I am writing to express my concern about any proposed changes to the Texas history curriculum that may alter or diminish the traditional teaching of our state’s historical foundations.
Texas has a rich and unique history that should be preserved and taught with accuracy, balance, and respect for established facts. I believe it is important that students learn a clear and consistent account of our state’s heritage, including the people, events, and values that shaped it.
I respectfully ask that you ensure any curriculum updates remain grounded in factual history, no Islamification, and that they do not rewrite or selectively reinterpret Texas history in a way that could confuse or mislead students.
Thank you for your time and for your service to the students of Texas.

🇺🇸 U.S. Rep. Brandon Gill (R-TX), joined by several Texas Republican colleagues, sent a letter to the Texas State Board of Education urging it to reject proposed changes to the state's social studies curriculum.
The letter opposes efforts, supported by advocates affiliated with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), to incorporate additional content on Islamic history and influences, including claims linking Islamic architectural elements from Moorish Spain to the Alamo (a former Spanish Catholic mission). Gill described such proposals as "revisionist" attempts to rewrite Texas history.
What do you think about this?

@JosephLTrahan @JustinCoone @GregAbbott_TX Well I’ll admit I was duped until 2020 and the Covid fiasco. But since then my eyes have been wide open on globalist Abbott. He’s all about talking big and doing nothing and lining his pockets.

Justin ری ٹویٹ کیا

It's weird that Texans, after 11 years,
are JUST NOW
beginning
to START
to kind of dimly and barely comprehend
@GregAbbott_TX SOLD Texas and Texans OUT entirely to his big corporate and global elite donors
Abbott has 11+ years of showing you EXACTLY who he really is
And YOU better look at the horrible gawd awful truth of who @GregAbbott_TX is now and has been to you all along, right under your nose and you excused it away and didn't acknowledge the facts:
-Ever increasing out of control homeowner property tax.
-Over collection of property tax from you, each and every damn year and never refunding it to you...they just increase the state budget by historic amounts and he signs off.
-NO PROPERTY TAX "coupons" (chapter 311, 314, etc...) to his big fat cat donors with illegal alien colonies, ISLAMIC conclaves, human sex slave and drug trafficking.
-EPIC City, Colony Ridge and the GIGANTIC Maverick/Uvalde/Kinney County illegal alien colonies to name just a few of @GregAbbott_TX's "INVASION OF TEXANS" with 3rd world masses to vote for him.
-Abbott locked you down and demanded jabs until people were falling over dying and you know damn well from his campaign contributions by BIG PHARMA & BIG MEDICAL gleefully took their giant donations to act the whore for them and torment YOU.
-@GregAbbott_TX appointed Texas Medical Board saboteur puppets exact revenge on good healing doctors like @MaryBowdenMD for simply healing her patients when they were killing them with Covid Protocols and Abbott protected them...cause: BIG GIANT DONATIONS from Big Medical & Big Pharma.
-Texas should be the GOLD STANDARD for ELECTION INTEGRITY surpassing Florida's sweeping election integrity model and has done virtually nothing since Abbott was elected 11 years ago to hold county elections accountable to the people. When Florida passed its election sweeping election integrity laws and accountability to the voters it turned every single county RED except for 2 and those two are under constant investigation and prosecution for voter fraud.
If my fellow Texans will EVER wake the hell up and look the facts directly in the face, there will be NO ROCK for @GregAbbott_TX to hide under and he will have NO place to lay down his little head without utter rage from the masses.
Texans don't realize what @GregAbbott_TX has actually done to them incrementally:
In 11 years, Democrat hell hole big Texas city/county metroplexes have become obscenely corrupt with out of control non-sense crime, VIOLENT crime. In just Harris County Texas alone, the morally bankrupt county district attorney Kim Ogg (2017-2024) not only stood down on prosecution...Ogg THREW OUT over 4000 sexual assault and rape cases, woke judges repeatedly released violent dangerous criminals and refuse to work with ICE to round up and deport illegal invaders.
THIS scenario is repeated in each democrat hell hole big city/county.
TEXANS have been brain raped by @GregAbbott_TX for so long they can't even remember the Texas was the pride of the USA and the entire world for electrical power resilience, reliability and LOW LOW cost...we are the natural gas KINGS of the universe here in Texas producing clean cheap electricity at a grand scale like a manufacturing plant.
Texas energy producers produce so much electricity that they supply Texans and 7 other states. When they sell it across state lines, they get a nickel more per kilowatt hour. And, they sell it in the terawatts...
Get your head wrapped around that.
So GLOBAL GREG loads up the ERCOT board with international "green energy" enthusiasts and pushes the stupid and ridiculous wind and solar farms making Texas 14% reliant on "green" unreliable power.
-built in tornado alley
-NEVER runs even 14 years but financed for 20-30 yrs
-long haul transmission from remote wind/solar farms are hundreds of miles from metro centers requiring massive infrastructure and step up transformers to "push" that "wind and solar" generated electricity to area of demand
Greg got caught and ignored our warning for years causing the massive rolling power blackouts of the big freeze during covid when he had you locked down. But, Greg didn't care...he got over $30 million in donations from energy producers in donations the following quarter.
Do you know what you got?
YOU got your power turned off every day over and over while Texas Electric Producers SOLD Texas power across state lines for a nickel more per kilowatt hour in the terawatts to those 7 other states...
They shut off YOUR power to sell Texas power across state lines to make a fortune. The largest power "RAKE" in history.
YOU got frozen water pipes that burst spewing water in your homes and businesses...so you got to repair that. MANY of you had insurance claims as a result so EVERYONE...ALL Texans got an insurance increase as a result.
CAN you now see how the can gets kicked down the road and how much this Governor monetizes on YOU, the hard working tax payer?
THIS was all predicted.
THIS was all warned against.
THIS was all preventable.
THIS was all ignored...on purpose.
THIS was all exploited by @GregAbbott_TX's big fat cat donors for ARBITRAGE situations to monetize your suffering and YOU paying the bill.
@GregAbbott_TX did this all the while as each legislative session they were celebrating having OVER COLLECTED property tax from you...then
THEN instead of reducing the state budget...
@GregAbbott_TX gleefully signed off on the largest state budget increases and grew the state payroll and headcount by double.
REPEATEDLY
I could go on...
and, I likely will go on reporting on @GregAbbott_TX corruption and nonsense
But, for now, I have to get to work to make that money to pay off these ridiculous taxes and price increases
For God sakes my fellow Texans...WE must look at this squarely and address the corrupt politicians in the room and come together to take our state back.

“The Texas State Board of Education faces pressure from leftist activists and conservative lawmakers as it meets Friday to consider a push to place more positive references to Islam in the state’s history curriculum.
Officials in the Lone Star State are reviewing social studies standards amid a push from Muslim advocacy groups, which claim current proposals are “exclusionary and Islamophobic.” At the same time, congressional Republicans are urging the board not to give Islam a more prominent role, particularly in response to lobbying from the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a group that has been designated as a terrorist organization by Texas GOP Gov. Greg Abbott.
“It has come to our attention that an extensive lobbying effort is underway to have the Texas State Board of Education (SBOE) alter curriculum standards in a way that would diminish American and Texas history,” Rep. Brandon Gill and other Texas Republicans wrote in a Friday letter first obtained by The Daily Wire. The letter went on to describe CAIR as a “transnational criminal organization.”
CAIR has denied any connection to terrorism and has sued the state over the designation. Members of CAIR-Texas have attended recent board meetings to voice their opposition to how Muslims are currently represented in state curriculum. “
Texans, it’s time to contact the Texas Board of Education. Below are their contact info. We will be engaging in this fight.

Radical activists claimed the Alamo is an Islamic building. Now they’re lobbying Texas to insert fake Islamic history into our kids’ classrooms.
I just sent a letter demanding the SBOE reject this revisionist garbage. Texas history is not up for rewriting.
