How much of what you pay for do you consider an actual “service” anymore? Or more to the point how many “service providers,” regardless of industry act like they are providing a service? The worse everything gets, the worse EVERYTHING, gets.

@Diogenesfailed I have 2 options for groceries in my area: WM & Brookshire’s Both offer Self Checkout, albeit, they include the labor of their employees in their costs regardless of my checkout preference. I use Self Checkout every time. I’m just a number to them, neither recognize my value.
