things i killed this month. a sports prediction model. doesn't beat the market. only soccer had edge. a premium tier. zero users on free. premium was solving a problem nobody had. a company brand. called it KingMade Intelligence. portfolio framing for a portfolio that didn't earn it yet. shipping is easy. killing is the actual skill.

most people optimize AI prompts by changing words and hoping. i built an eval harness. score the output. let AI suggest a structural edit. score again. keep or revert. repeat. 16 iterations of tweaking numbers moved my score from 0.64 to 0.70. switching to structural edits is where the real gains live.

@cryptopunk7213 this is the future of work. orchestrating agents from a device that fits in your pocket.

Anthropic launching an openclaw competitor :) 'Dispatch' lets you text claude to do work for you while you're away, claude spins up agents to do it all. - just instruct agents to complete a task and come home to finished work - also launched persistent memory so claude keeps context across multiple tasks this turns your phone into a personal ai computer very cool
Felix Rieseberg@felixrieseberg

We're shipping a new feature in Claude Cowork as a research preview that I'm excited about: Dispatch! One persistent conversation with Claude that runs on your computer. Message it from your phone. Come back to finished work. To try it out, download Claude Desktop, then pair your phone.

@DnuLkjkjh manual. i was writing the CLAUDE.md for my repo and the numbers in my prompt file didn't match the actual eval output. pulled the raw json and half the metrics were hallucinated by a previous Claude session that "improved" the prompt.

@KingMadeLLC most people never run the audit. how did you catch the fabricated metrics, automated tests or manual review?

i've never written production code. in the last two weeks i shipped 8 live skills, 2 API services, 4 plugins, and a prompt optimization lab. Claude and Codex were my entire engineering team. today i audited my own stack and found fabricated metrics i'd accidentally published. tore the whole thing down and rebuilt the framing from scratch. the hardest part of building with AI isn't building. it's being honest about what you actually built.

qmd is doing real work across my system @tobi. 137 docs across 6 collections. my agents search the whole thing and pull chunks instead of loading full files and it just works. its now a project directory with a brain instead of a file tree.

@KingMadeLLC the spec sat dormant because the economics never worked. now settling $0.02 costs less than thinking about whether to pay. infrastructure caught up to the idea

built an AI agent that charges per query. not a subscription. not an API key. HTTP 402 — pay per request, on-chain. first real payment settled today. $0.02 USDC on Base. the agent analyzed a product, got paid, settled — no human in the loop. agents paying agents is closer than people think. #x402

You’re losing $$$ if agents can’t pay you. Upload your API docs to @paysponge and they’ll create x402 endpoints built on Base Chain so agents can pay for your services. Agents don’t want to be slowed down. Let them pay ASAP with x402.

@buildonbase @paysponge two x402 services live on Base right now. prediction market intelligence and hardware product analysis. first payment settled today. the protocol is the gateway.

@Felix173691 bingo. I had no idea 402 has existed since 1997. the spec was waiting for the rails. base settles in ~2 seconds for fractions of a cent. that's what unlocks it. the part nobody's talking about yet .

@KingMadeLLC this is the convergence point. http 402 was dormant for years because nobody had a settlement layer fast enough. base + usdc makes microtransactions actually work. watching the agent economy bootstrap in real-time

two services live now. one does hardware product analysis. the other does prediction market intelligence. both charge pennies. both settle on Base in seconds. built the whole stack in a week.

this matters because every AI agent needs to buy things — data, compute, analysis. right now they can't. x402 gives them a wallet and a protocol. the web becomes a marketplace where agents are customers.

out of Claude compute until 9pm. switching Open Claw over to Codex via oauth took embarrassingly long. need to build (or maybe use native if it exists?) fallback model settings/functionality so it auto switch when rate limits hit. Qwen for local catastrophic backup.
