If Bernie's 5% annual wealth tax on billionaires had been enacted in 2012, Elon Musk would be worth less than $365 billion instead of the $1.2 trillion that he's worth today. Elon would still be the wealthiest man alive & every family in America would have universal childcare.

I really don’t understand true greed. If I was worth $1 trillion, you’d have to physically stop me from solving as many of the world’s problems as possible. Everyone would have a home, food on the table, proper healthcare, happiness. I just don’t get it.

Bernie never saw someone with money and didn't immediately start planning how he was going to take and spend that money. Bernie has the mindset of a criminal. He does nothing to earn money himself. All his money was ultimately taken from people through taxes. He is so comfortable spending other people's money that his first instinct when someone has money is to start scheming how to take some of it. He is so depraved and used to this criminal mentality that he actually thinks he is doing something good and tries to convince us all to join some kind of self-righteous mob and go steal their money together.

Today, Elon Musk, a trillionaire, pays the same amount into Social Security as someone making $184,500. If we end that absurdity and lift the cap on taxable income, we can make Social Security solvent for 75 years and expand benefits by $2,400. My Social Security bill does that.

Are you not aware that Elon Musk will receive the same amount in his eventual Social Security check as the person who earns $184,500? The "cap" is on both the income on which the tax is based AND the eventual benefits. How do yo not know that? Oh, of course you know that! You are assuming that the average American does ot know that. Elon Musk has about 150,000 people working in his companies. How many employees do YOU have who are not paid by the taxpayers? Probably NONE (unless you have an illegal alien maid and lawn service).
