Hi @webafrica @WebAfricaHelper we cancelled our account for the beginning March.. Returned the modem two months ago, have had endless whatsapp chats regarding the returned modem. Please can ANYBODY finally update the records to stop all the emails regarding being charged ?!

@Vodacom I have emailed a private message regarding my 7 attempts of canceling a contract I never agreed to. Please can this be dealt with ethically. I have received such poor support regarding my endless attempts.

I received a positive test result for Covid-19 this morning,& I am in self-isolation at home for 14 days. On Sunday, I started to develop mild flu-like symptoms. As I am Diabetic (type 2)& over 55 years of age, I know I am at a higher risk of developing a more serious illness.
