I’m convinced SC had the worst establishment “Republicans” This bill has a surprise hearing tomorrow morning. Guess who will oversee this slush fund—liberal Democrat Leon Stavrinakis. Why are we giving your taxpayer cash for “new headquarters?” Because the Legislature dumped $1.3 billion of your money into Scout Motors to build electric vehicles. After taking our money they then snubbed SC and built their headquarters in Charlotte. Perhaps most galling, Scout is now begging for hundreds of millions more. Columbia’s solution to all this? Throw more of your money away on these crony pet projects. Of course they can’t afford to cut taxes. They have to raise taxes to fund their insane spending problem!
