I loved watching Judge Frank Caprio. He was such a fair judge. He had personality too. He gave a veteran an amazing break in this video.

the sun doesn't cause cancer. your lifestyle does. dermatologists convinced an entire generation to fear the sun. the one thing every living organism on earth needs to survive. and men listened. SPF 50. avoiding midday sun. staying indoors "for protection” vitamin D supplements instead of going outside. so now we have a generation of men who are: fat. pale. anxious. vitamin D deficient. hormonally wrecked. depressed. but at least they ”won't get a wrinkle at 40”. meanwhile. the mediterranean man. in the sun 6 hours a day. no sunscreen. no sun glasses. no seed oils. dark skin. deep sleep. strong bones. calm nervous system. full head of hair. he doesn't even know what SPF stands for. and he'll outlive the guy hiding from the sun by 20 years. here's what they don't tell you: sunlight drives serotonin production. sunlight regulates circadian rhythm. sunlight lowers blood pressure. sunlight increases metabolism and fat loss. sunlight converts cholesterol into hormones. the sun is the strongest natural antidepressant on earth. and your dermatologist told you to avoid it. because a $400 skincare routine is more profitable than telling you to go outside. and the irony is we’ve never protected ourselves from the sun as much as we do now, and skin cancer rates have never been higher. your skin was designed for the sun. your body was built by it. stop hiding from the thing that makes you alive.

looksmaxxing is backwards. modern fitness is too. they try to look alive instead of becoming it. jawline. body fat. ratios. all perfect. and still something feels off. they look managed. polished. optimized. controlled. but flat in the eyes. stress in the face. zero aura. zero magnetism. just men trying very hard to look like men who feel good. that is what they miss. attraction was never about perfection. it was never about having the sharpest face or the leanest body in the room. it was always about life. radiating life. sun on your skin. warmth in your face. clarity in your eyes. calm in your nervous system. a body that is nourished instead of braced for impact. the man who lives in the sun, eats real food, sleeps deeply, moves, laughs, and actually enjoys being here ends up looking better anyway. because health expresses itself. and people feel it instantly. this is what looksmaxxers never understand. it’s what starving fitness people miss too. you cannot starve your way into magnetism. you cannot stress your way into presence. you cannot build attraction by teaching your body that life is a famine. because health is survival. and survival is what we’re drawn to. that is the missing piece. the tanned, well-fed, high-energy man who eats steak, fruit, honey, seafood, eggs, potatoes and doesn’t panic over a glass of wine or a late night will outcompete the perfect-looking, stressed, starved man every single time. because one looks arranged. the other looks, and more importantly, feels alive. and deep down everyone knows the difference. stop trying to fix the shell. restore the life inside it. you do not need to try harder to look alive. you need to become it.

My wife was formerly promiscuous. I was a virgin. She was then radically born-again. Committed to church, evangelized constantly, Puritan books in her bedroom, prayer journals, grief over past sexual sin, etc. We got to know each other well for over a year, dated for four months, engaged for two and a half, and didn't sin sexually with one another. Our first kiss with each other was at the altar on our wedding day (reaction pic attached!). We've been married for over five years now, and she's been the most wonderful and godly wife, mother to our three children, and homemaker you could imagine. She's more pure than most virgins, as biblical purity has less to with past sins (though they certainly matter) and more to do with one's current posture of the heart and daily decisions to honor the Lord (Matt. 5:8). We're far too quick to forget the story of the woman labeled as a known "sinner" (likely a prostitute) in Luke 7:36-50 who was washing Jesus' feet with her tears while kissing them too. The Pharisees were shocked that Jesus let a public sinner do this. Jesus responded with a parable about debts being forgiven and ended with this powerful conclusion: "Her many sins have been forgiven; that’s why she loved much. But the one who is forgiven little, loves little" (Luke 7:47). Everyone seems to highlight the benefits of virginity, and it certainly is a blessing. But we forget to highlight the benefits of being forgiven much as well. My wife knows the depths of Jesus' forgiveness more than most people, enabling her to more easily live out a life of passionate love for her Savior. A woman or man's past sexual sin matters. But what matters far more when it comes to deciding who to marry is if the person is truly born again, if their repentance is real, if they truly have a heart for Christ, if they truly follow Jesus and obey his commands. "God has chosen what is foolish in the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen what is weak in the world to shame the strong. God has chosen what is insignificant and despised in the world — what is viewed as nothing — to bring to nothing what is viewed as something, so that no one may boast in his presence. It is from him that you are in Christ Jesus, who became wisdom from God for us — our righteousness, sanctification, and redemption, — in order that, as it is written: 'Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.'" (1 Cor. 1:27-31) "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come!" (2 Cor. 5:17)

If someone argues that a former promiscuous woman is "damaged goods" and questions whether a Christian young man should marry her, remember Rahab. She was a Canaanite prostitute but became a mother in the lineage of Jesus. God redeemed her, cleansed her, and Salmon married her.

I’d rather one of my children marry someone who was sexually immoral before they got saved, repented, came to Christ, and is walking in faithful obedience than any of these self-righteous people who don’t either believe or understand the power of the gospel to transform lives!
