What the hell are the Red Sox even doing? You sign a guy to an opt out deal that plays the same position as your other star. That start becomes disgruntled so you trade him, only to watch the other guy opt out and walk away?

The NYT just named ML Leddy's a top 50 clothing store in the country... ((my great grandfather, Frank Leddy, started the store. ML's family now operates. His family has also stolen my great grandfather's bio/historical significance to FTW but that's a story for another day)

Bam Bam had an up and down year at the plate for Frisco, but I felt like his defense got better every month at SS. He needs time at the plate, but I can say putting his arm at 2B would be a bummer. He might kill a 1B with the cannon.

@NotJackKemp @bracketdan I recently went down a Rusty Greer wormhole. Game/steroids and different time but go look at Rusty’s slash and yearly stats. How inflated was offense in the 90s that we all think of Rusty as a nice guy batting 8th.

@mr7william As did I. But that’s not the point. With the Mavs you can make the owner take notice when they have tickets left unsold. Can’t do that with cowboys. Those tickets are sold until like 2039

@SportsSturm Former cowboys season ticket holder here (sold my seat license two years ago) and I think the biggest issue with this and the boys is the stadium is sold out to season ticket holders. Those tickets are contractually paid for another 14 years by the seat license.
