Most marketers use AI to write one post at a time. That's the slow way. The faster way: turn ONE idea into a full week of content in about 30 minutes. Here's the exact workflow 👇 → Start with one thing you already said — a transcript, a voice note, a half-finished post. → Run it through a 4-step prompt that pulls out the angles hiding inside it. → Each angle becomes its own post. Same idea, different doors in. → No blank page. No starting from scratch every time. One input. A week of output. A system you can repeat. I put the whole thing — the prompt, the steps, and a worked example — into a free 6-page PDF. Grab it here: rb.gy/7yt0w7 Educational only. Illustrative example, not advice or a guarantee of results.

If you rewrite every AI draft from scratch, AI is barely saving you time. The problem isn't the prompt. It's the missing feedback loop. → You're doing the work twice. → AI drafts, then you rebuild it anyway. → The fix isn't a better model. It's teaching it your edits. Here's what I mean 👇 The mechanism: Draft once, edit fully → slow, every time. Save your edits as rules → AI stops making the same mistakes. Feed it 3 of your real posts → it matches your voice on the first try. Less editing each round. Worked example (illustrative): Week 1: you rewrite most of every draft. You note why — "too formal," "no example," "weak hook." You paste those notes into the prompt. Now the drafts come back closer. The editing shrinks. The system: 1. Draft with AI. 2. Edit — but track why you edited. 3. Turn those reasons into prompt rules. 4. Feed it real samples of your voice. 5. Repeat until the first draft is usable. That's the whole loop. I put the full editing system into a free guide. Like this post and comment "SYSTEM" and I'll send it. 📕 Educational only. Examples are illustrative, not a guarantee of results.

Every "maybe later" and "not right now" lead from the past 6 months. Those leads go cold for one reason — nobody circles back. The revival message that actually gets answered: "Hi [name] — circling back. You mentioned [their problem] a while ago. I just put together something that handles exactly that. Still on your radar?" Specific. No guilt. An easy yes. Run your old list, let AI draft a tailored version for each one, edit it so it sounds like you, send 5 a day. Some of your best future clients are just old "no"s you never reopened. I put my full cold-outreach workflow — frame, prompts, follow-ups, and a real example — into a free guide. Like this and I'll DM it. 📩

Silence makes clients nervous. Nervous clients micromanage. The fix costs you 3 minutes a week. Send a short Friday update — even when nothing dramatic happened: → Done this week: [2 bullets] → Next week: [2 bullets] → Anything I need from you: [or "nothing — you're all set"] That's the whole thing. It kills the "any progress?" email. It makes you look reliable. It surfaces problems early instead of at the deadline. Dump your rough notes into AI, ask for this exact format, tighten it, send. Clients don't only pay for the work. They pay to not worry. I share free AI workflows for freelancers — follow @LeoBuildsPro. 📩

State the number up front: "Includes 2 rounds of revisions." Define a round: all feedback in one message, not a slow trickle. When they go past it, don't argue — quote it: "Happy to — that's beyond our 2 rounds, so I'll send a quick add-on."

"Can you just make one more tweak?" The five words that quietly wreck your hourly rate. Endless revisions aren't a client problem. They're a setup problem. Fix it before you start:

Writing code used to be the hard part With coding agents, generating it is almost free. The hard part moved downstream, to reviewing what the agent wrote & deciding what shouldn't be written at all The strongest engineers I'm seeing right now aren't the ones shipping the most AI generated code. They're the ones who treat every diff like it's going to production (because it is), write specs precise enough to be testable & delete more than they accept The tooling changed. The judgment is still the job
