Elon Musk was right when he said OpenAI cannot be trusted.
• Apple: Accused OpenAI of stealing trade secrets through former Apple engineers to accelerate AI hardware development.
• xAI: Accused OpenAI of poaching employees to obtain Grok trade secrets, source code, and training methods.
• Elon Musk: Sued OpenAI as it abandoned its nonprofit mission and deceived founders by shifting to a for-profit structure.
• Microsoft: Reportedly considered legal action over OpenAI’s Amazon partnership, citing contractual exclusivity and IP concerns.
• Scarlett Johansson : Accused OpenAI of imitating her voice for ChatGPT’s “Sky” voice after she declined to participate.
• Newspaper Publishers: Multiple publishers sued OpenAI over alleged unauthorized scraping of news articles for AI training.
• Center for Investigative Reporting: Sued OpenAI over alleged unauthorized use of investigative journalism to train AI models.
• Canadian News Organizations: Coalition of publishers sued OpenAI over alleged unauthorized use of news content for AI training.
• The New York Times: Sued OpenAI over alleged unauthorized use of its journalism to train AI models.
• Authors Guild & Authors: Accused OpenAI of training AI models on copyrighted books without permission.
• Paul Tremblay & Mona Awad: Sued OpenAI over alleged unauthorized use of their books for AI training.
• Sarah Silverman & Other Authors: Accused OpenAI of using copyrighted books without consent for AI training.
And the list goes on.....
@elonmusk warned the world, and the evidence keeps piling up.

🚨 Hot take: AI coding tools are monetizing the wrong thing.
What if they copied the Chinese internet playbook? 👀
Imagine this:
🤖 Your AI agent is busy coding...
Meanwhile you:
🎮 Play a mini-game
📺 Watch short videos
📢 View a few ads
Earn enough points → get free AI tokens.
And while you're waiting for the model to respond?
Choose to watch an ad and instantly earn bonus credits.
It's a win-win:
• AI companies unlock a new ad revenue stream 💰
• Developers get free tokens instead of staring at a loading spinner ⏳
• Waiting becomes entertainment instead of frustration 🎉
Everyone complains about AI token costs.
Maybe the loading screen is the next billion-dollar ad platform.
😂 Would you use an AI coding tool like this?

Damn it's crazy! This is exactly why AI agents need guardrails at the system level, not just better prompts. One wrong path expansion shouldn't be able to wipe an entire machine.

I'm so angry... the OpenAI team is looking into it, but this feels like something that should happen with GPT-3.5. Not a mid-2026 frontier model on the highest reasoning level.

@afanazizoutbind Of course, this is merely a skill‑based method on condition that your product itself boasts outstanding quality.

@NbSoloman Borrowed credibility gets the first sale, but it doesn't fix churn if the product can't hold up. @NbSoloman $10k MRR usually dies at month 3 when retention exposes what social proof papered over.
English

How to build a $10k MRR product as a solo founder:
People rarely buy because you say you're great.
They buy because someone they trust already did.
That's Authority Bias.
The fastest way to build trust isn't adding more features.
It's borrowing credibility.
Instead of saying:
"Our product is amazing."
Show:
✅ Used by Shopify teams
✅ Recommended by top creators
✅ Featured in TechCrunch
✅ Trusted by 50,000+ developers
People don't evaluate products.
They follow signals of authority.
Build trust first.
Conversion (and $10k MRR) follows.
