I know 2 plates on hack squat isn’t that impressive but I’m coming from starting out struggling with a 25lb on each side so this is such a flex for me right now

I set up AutoInvest, same time every week £250 goes into my pie regardless of the noise.
Simple? yes. Boring? maybe. Effective? hopefully one day
