This is something that a lot of people don't understand. Be grateful for the high taxpayers, not jealous or vindictive. Whenever I have posted about tax on X, at least half the comments are from people gleefully celebrating the system and making snide comments. Do these people appreciate how much higher their own taxes would be if there less contributers at the higher and additional rates?..

@UK_Compounder It’s crazy, I must say I moved my home insurance to @AdmiralUK as I had 3 cars with them already, they gave me a very good deal plus insuring some valuable watches. Maybe give these a try

Home insurance +25% increase on last year. For what!?.. 🙄 Why do we have to play this silly game every year? Now I'll have to shop around and get a price match near to last year from another provider. Can't we just cut the BS and have a sensible YoY increase instead, I'd rather be loyal and not move @avivaplc Nope!.... Because their hope is that people will be oblivious or too lazy to bother, or that they can take advantage of the vulnerable. Unless you'd like to prove me wrong and show me that maintenance/build costs, etc, have increased by 25% in the space of 12 months? This kind of behaviour by insurance companies is poor form 👎🏼
