I love talking to fsbos who want to save money by not using a realtor. I tell the they should try giving their self a hair cut without a barber and see how that goes #realestateproblems #RealEstate #realtor #fsbos

@AgentBasic I first ask, "When you are successful selling, where are you hoping to move to?" If local, I express that I have connections and knowledge regarding that area. This starts the 'relationship'. When they are ready to List with a REALTOR, I am ready.
