@MGrunlanLab @united My brothers and sisters-in-law have been stuck for 3 hours in Houston from Denver with 3 toddlers under the age of 4. And somehow their bags ended up on an earlier flight so now they’ll be forced to scramble to find those bags when/if a gate opens up

@united we’re hearing horror stories about planes landing in Houston but being stuck on the runway with no gate to get to. We are about to leave Denver (flights delayed, of course) to Houston. Can you provide any clarity on when/if gates will open up at IAH??
