Between 1933 and 1941, the Nazis aimed to make Germany 'judenrein' (cleansed of Jews) by making life so difficult for Jews that they would leave. The Nazis also gloated at how "astounding" it was that other countries criticised Germany for their treatment of Jews, but none wanted to open the doors to them. If we don't learn from history, we repeat it.

@DoctorJonPaul What the women said went beyond the pale. Freedom of speech does not mean freedom from responsibility. She wished pain and suffering on a dying woman. As an educator she has responsibilities and if she isn't up to those she should seek alternative employment.
