I'll be 71 this week. Now, I'm not going to do one of those 71 lessons for 71 years posts. But I do have one piece of advice: Get rid of limiting beliefs like "I'm too old" or "it's too late". You're not too old to get lean, fit and strong. Here's some inspiration:

@Mangan150 @DocPriyamMD I actually don’t blame the doctors en masse. They were quite literally given an offer they couldn’t refuse. Sell there practice to financiers or watch referrals dry up. Blame the politicians that took the bribes to vote for this.

The new trend of many people rejecting evidence-based medicine, vaccination, and peer-reviewed analysis, meta-analysis and the rising hate toward 'true' doctors in favor of personal anecdotes, 'naturopathy,' 'quacks' and discredited papers might look harmless now. But in a decade or so this rejection of science could trigger an extinction-level event. It’s important to note: 'Big Pharma' is not the same as your doctors. While every field has its black sheep, the irony is that these 'alternative' grifters all have a personal website selling their own unregulated pills. Their whole business model is to make people distrust their doctors. They aren't fighting the system; they are just a different kind of salesman

@DocPriyamMD There's nothing extra needed to get people to distrust doctors. You guys did it to yourselves.

I am giving creatine another try. I am about 3 weeks in. My stomach is handling 5mg okay. More than that, it's shit my pants. I honestly notice no difference with or without it. Never have. Am I the only one who feels like it basically does nothing?

@Mangan150 @SteveOnSpeed One day I hope we will treat sugar and processed foods as an addiction , not much different than alcohol or drugs. From my limited biological knowledge, similar neural pathways and effects on serotonin and dopamine… My experience with sugar and alcohol abstinence are similar

Legit curious. On a cruise. Saw a woman who was probably 500 pounds, easy. Insanely fat. Needed a scooter to get around. Has 6 plates of food in front of her. Do these folks just,..not care that they are morbidly obese?

Now to add nuance to this: A lot of plans could be both effective and “bad”, so to speak, because if a plan is effective in theory, but not sustainable in practice, then as far as I’m concerned, it’s a bad plan.

I continue to witness that a better, more personalized plan is what most people need to lose excess fat. For most people, lack of discipline or willpower isn’t the biggest problem. A bad plan is the problem.

Her name was Leonie, she was a 13-year-old Austrian girl. While she was out with friends, 3 Afghan immigrants secretly put 11 ecstasy pills in her drink. Stunned and unable to defend herself, she was taken to the house of one of the three. The ecstasy dose was way too high, the girl started overdosing but the 3 immigrants, completely indifferent to her suffering, began to undress her and took turns raping her, putting their hands around her neck, strangling her. All of it recorded by themselves on a mobile phone video. That’s how Leonie died, naked, in atrocious suffering, while the beasts raped her. The autopsy would later confirm the cause of death was triple overdose and asphyxiation. When they were done, they wrapped the body in a carpet and dumped it roadside, under a tree. The girl’s body was found the next morning by some passers-by, wearing only her underwear and with clear strangulation marks on her neck. One of the perpetrators fled to the United Kingdom, but was quickly tracked down in a hotel and extradited, the 3 Afghans were sentenced: - Zubaidullah R. life imprisonment; - Ali H. 19 years in prison; - Ibraulhaq A. 20 years in prison. During the closing arguments, the Public Prosecutor told the court she was “stunned” by what the defendants said throughout the proceedings, stating that “there is not a trace of remorse”.

Probably the best advice you will ever get on this platform if you really want to go that route. YES you will need machines YES you will need to fix them YES margins are going to be very cahllenging and you'll need revenue every way you can get it I am absolutely NOT a farmer, but I've brushed up close enough with agricultural pursuits to know where the friction lives.
