@altius_rup that's possible with Login Flows that queries the TwoFactorMethodsInfo and dynamically set a perm set

@altius_rup One way to do it is to assign the “Two-Factor Authentication for User Interface Logins” perm to the super-admin user or profile

@altius_rup Anyone can register a U2F key and you can enable 2FA policy and other right via perm set. Is that answer your question?
