@ChaseSupport What happened to your support team? Just lived a 90 minute nightmare with multiple hangups/disconnections re: an ebill that was not received. Mulitiple reps insisted there is no such thing as ebills! No way to get help, something is broken.

@AdoptMeSupport The support form is not working. It complains that I need to “list at least one lost item” even though I filled it in. I was trying to report a rollback on all game progress made yesterday - house reset back to previous state before I moved and purchased items, lost Ocean egg
